Since I got home from the hospital Friday I've slept, popped pain killers, and watched TV. Go Seahawks. That's it. I'm still wearing the same clothes I put on Friday morning, haven't shaved, and could stop a charging rhino with my offensive underarms. Not a pretty sight. Today I plan to shower, shave, and don fresh clothes. I'll also apply a new bandage to the incision.

As you've proven, real Cap'ns don't need no stinking painkillers. Or showers.

Feeling a bit better today, but still have a long way to go. Wish I could use the time to read, but it's tricky holding the book comfortably.
Photos? The incision is twice as long as they said it would be and the back of my left hand is almosr black where a needle bruised me. Scary, kids. Owwooooooo!
Hope you are continuing to mend.
The docs are careful to give you the rosy scenario before the surgery. Things are much different after the surgery.
